Is That Pumpkin Spice I Smell?

Hard to believe the long Alaska summer days are winding down and Fall has started in earnest. The leaves and grasses seemingly changed colors overnight and I'm starting to see leaves drop off the trees. While I'm not quite ready for summer to be over, I do love a pretty Fall. I am an October baby so I think it's just part of my nature to love it.

It makes me think about the cooler, shorter days that make me feel a little less guilty about just wanting to hole up in my studio to create or tucking my nose into a book. Of course, any creative business owner will also tell you the holidays market season is in the forefront of their minds  as soon as the pumpkin spice aroma hits the air.  I have been feeling particularly productive in this end of things! 

Something I always hear at markets is "Oh, I love your work but I just don't have any more wall space" or "I don't want to have to frame it.".  So, I've been brainstorming other ways my fans can enjoy my work on items that they can use. My hope is that you can have a bit of color in your life that brings you joy that doesn't have to be on your wall. 

Announcing the first product to join my non-wall-art lineup! It is printed cotton canvas tote-bags and zippered pouches in assorted sizes. Since I am testing out what you guys think, they are on pre-order now until September 20th. Then I will put in my larger order based on your responses! I hope to bring these to any holiday markets I attend this year. I'm super excited about these! I hope you all snag one or two for yourself or as a gift for someone else! They would make fun gift bags that you can tuck other goodies into!
